Eagle Island - Got out of bed, put on my shoes and ran the perfect 5k loop. Sounds better than it felt. Excuse me while I lay on the floor for 30 minutes.

Happy Earth Day! On Monday Brita, George and I couldn’t finish our walk because there was too much trash. Today, Argilla Road hosted a trash pick up day. At the end of our walk we only filled up half of our bucket! - - - #opttoact #earthday
